Send us your details and what you need cleaned through the quote form, a call or a text. We will get back to you and ask for a few photos (or pop round to look if the job needs it). You then get a clear, fixed quote with no obligation to go ahead.

Photos let us see the size, the surface and how dirty it is, so we can give you an accurate price without making you wait for an inspection. A few wide shots and a close-up of the worst spots is plenty. For bigger or trickier jobs we will come and have a look instead.

As a guide: an Essential Clean (driveway + paths) is from about $200–$350, an Outdoor Refresh (driveway, paths and patio or alfresco) is about $400–$600, and Complete Exterior cleans are about $700–$1,200+. Your final price depends on the size, condition, access and services you choose, and is confirmed in your quote before we start.

Not usually. As long as we can get to the areas being cleaned and have access to an outside tap and power point, you are welcome to be at work. We will send you photos when we are done.

Yes - we connect to an outside tap and an external power point. If you do not have one handy, let us know when you book and we will sort out a plan.

We match the pressure and method to each surface: a rotary surface cleaner on concrete, lower pressure on soft pavers, and a low-pressure soft wash on render, paint and timber. Gardens are rinsed before and after, and we ask that pets are kept inside while we work.

A typical driveway and paths takes a few hours. A full Outdoor Refresh or Complete Exterior can take most of a day. We will give you a time estimate with your quote.

After the job you receive a professional WestRinse invoice by email or text and pay online by card through a secure Stripe payment link. No cash to have ready, no awkward bank transfers.

Light rain does not stop most pressure cleaning, but heavy rain or storms can. If the weather turns we will contact you and move your booking to the next suitable day.

Most dirt, mould, moss and grime lifts completely. Some old oil, rust, tyre and fertiliser stains have soaked into the concrete and can only be lightened. If we think a stain will not fully come out, we will tell you before we start.

Not at the moment. We are focused on driveways, paving, patios, walls, gutters and fences, and we only take on work we can do properly. Roof and solar panel cleaning may be added later.
